The Powell's back yard features a mahogany
porch, new walkways, stone walls, and a courtyard
complete with fountain.

upstairs bedroom and a 1920s-era chandelier in the
bathroom. "We built the entire bathroom around that

indoors and out at the Powells' CIRCA 1750 home -
from dozens of prized antiques, architectural
refinements, and fine accents to the Ginkgo Tree's
formidable presence in the well-tended garden.

Local Artist Virginia McLaughlin's
